God, I am thankful for my life, and for what’s happening right now. I realize that for some folks, there is great drama and turmoil, and that you have given me the gifts to help them deal with the pain and confusion that follows. Give the strength, patience and wisdom to be a shoulder to lean on and a trusted friend to everyone that you send my way.
