God, I thank you for the opportunity that has come through Pastors of Excellence, and the support and encouragement I've been getting so far. I know I'm in the early stages yet, so as I get deeper into the work and explore myself more fully, I pray that you'll be there helping me grow and serve you better.
I also thank you for the healing that you bring to your faithful people, and for the hope and encouragement that I receive when I see them get better at your hands. It was a blessing to be with one of our parishioners today, to see her getting visibly better day by day, and to hear how her faith has helped her. I pray that when I'm down I'll be as strong and upbeat as her!
