Lord, thank you for a day of deep and powerful insights into myself and how I work. I realize I've been pushing folks hard and that it's time to back off. I've been pushing myself hard as well, and I need to slow down there, too.
Help me refocus my energies and to trust others to move ahead, or in the right direction by your will, not mine. Help me lead by example, not by command. Help me to dream along with rather than all on my own. Help me to be what St. James needs me to be as I seek to be what it is you intend for me.
